Locobe is a travel planning platform that allows users to:

• Save and organize travel inspiration
• Import links from third-party platforms (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Reddit)
• Detect and extract location information from shared links
• Create collaborative trip plans
• Store places, activities, notes, and itineraries
• Access subscription-based premium AI features

We may modify, improve, or discontinue features at any time.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to use Locobe. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Providing accurate information

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. User Content

You may submit or store:

• Shared URLs
• Trip plans
• Notes
• Location references
• Collaborative content

You retain ownership of your content. By submitting content, you grant Locobe a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, display, and analyze that content solely for providing and improving the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content.

5. Third-Party Content

Locobe enables users to import links from third-party platforms. We do not:

• Own third-party content
• Host full third-party videos unless explicitly permitted
• Modify original third-party content

Imported links remain subject to the original platform's terms and policies. Users are responsible for ensuring they have the right to share such content into Locobe.

6. AI Processing and Accuracy Disclaimer

Locobe uses automated systems, including artificial intelligence models, to:

• Detect locations
• Extract place names
• Categorize activities
• Generate suggestions

AI-generated results may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. Locobe does not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated location detections or travel recommendations. Users are responsible for verifying travel details independently before making travel decisions. Locobe provides informational tools only and does not guarantee travel availability, pricing, safety conditions, or business accuracy.

7. AI Model Improvement and User Corrections

If users:

• Confirm detected locations
• Remove incorrect locations
• Edit extracted data
• Reclassify content

Locobe may store these corrections. Corrections may be used in aggregated or pseudonymized form to improve detection systems and service accuracy. We do not sell training data. We do not use personal trip details outside of service improvement purposes.

8. Subscriptions and Paid Features

Locobe may offer subscription-based plans that provide enhanced features, including advanced AI frame scanning. By subscribing:

• You agree to recurring billing as managed by Apple App Store or Google Play.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.
• Refunds are governed by the app store provider's policies.

Advanced AI features may involve deeper content analysis. Feature availability may vary by subscription tier. We reserve the right to modify pricing or feature structure with reasonable notice.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the platform
• Abuse AI processing or import functionality
• Interfere with system integrity

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Locobe is not liable for:

• Travel disruptions
• Booking errors
• AI inaccuracies
• Third-party service failures
• Data loss beyond reasonable control

Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

11. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
